We’ve been busy enhancing the platform, launching new training for students, and moving into a bigger home (still in Leeds City Centre). Here’s everything you need to know from the last quarter (and a little bit of August).
New activity dashboard
We’ve refreshed the Boxphish portal to make insights more accessible for both users and admins.
For users:
- A personalised activity dashboard now greets users on login
- See outstanding courses and a timeline of past activity
- Quickly track progress or revisit previous training
For admins:
- Instant visibility with high-level reports such as Most clicked sims and Course performance
- Flexible filters let you drill down by department, timeframe, and more
Phishing simultions have a new home
Our phishing tools have grown rapidly, so we’ve given them a more prominent spot in the portal.
- Simulations now sit under 'Content' > 'Simulations' in the left-hand navigation, making it faster to access all your campaigns
Sending randomised sims just got easier with 'Collections'
We’ve streamlined the process for building and launching randomised phishing simulations.
- Build a 'Collection'
- Choose your sending method; 'On-demand' or 'Journey builder'
- Select your 'Collection'
- And GO! Your campaign is ready to launch
New: Boxphish launch student training
Education institutions are prime targets for cyber criminals, and the risks don’t stop with staff. If a student has an email address or online account, they could be a doorway for attack.
That’s why we’ve launched student-focused cyber awareness training, designed specifically for primary and secondary learners.
Backed by guidance from the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and the Department for Education (DfE), this training helps students recognise and respond to cyber threats, ensuring your whole school community is protected.
Our new HQ!
We’ve officially moved into our new HQ at Canal Wharf, Yorkshire.
The 4,165 sq. ft. office space provides a modern, collaborative environment for our growing team and cements our commitment to the region. This expansion follows investment from BGF last year, supporting our ambitious growth plans.
