Welcome to your latest Boxphish product update! We’ve been busy enhancing the platform and launching new training content. Here’s everything you need to know from the last quarter.
Platform updates
Send randomised phishing simulations via ‘Collections’

Creating and launching phishing simulations just got faster and smarter. You can now build a 'Collection', choose how you want to send ('On-demand' or via 'Journey builder'), select the content, and launch in a matter of clicks. This helps ensure employees receive varied simulations and keeps training fresh.
Improved phish reporting with Microsoft Defender
Your users can now report suspicious emails using Outlook’s built-in Microsoft Defender 'Report Phishing' button, which is now fully integrated with Boxphish.
Already using the Boxphish phish report button? Don't worry, it remains fully supported.
Send training emails from your own domain
Boost training engagement and trust by sending Boxphish training emails directly from your organisation’s domain instead of a generic sender address.
Enhanced reporting for management teams

Clearer insights, faster action. Our reporting dashboards now include:
- A refreshed admin dashboard with visual metrics + one-click reminders
- Department-level filtering, making it easier for line managers to track progress and drive improvement locally
If you'd like departmental reporting enabled, reach out to your customer success manager.
New training content
We’re continuing to grow our content library, including the recently released student learning content, plus more courses now live:
- AI in the Workplace: now available to all organisations
- Conflicts of Interest: included in our Business Ethics bundle
More topics are in development. Stay tuned!
