Platform updates
Welcome to your latest Boxphish product update! We’ve been busy enhancing the platform and launching new training content. Here’s everything you need to know from the last quarter.
Enhancements to our journey builder
Updates to journey builder give customers more control over who they send courses to and how that content is delivered, including:
- Flexible recipient targeting (no longer tenancy-only).
- Batch sending across date ranges with time windows.
- Content Packs now supported directly in journey builder.
- Improvements to delivery performance, logging, and UI.

Microsoft Teams integration

Boxphish delivers security awareness training directly inside Microsoft Teams. Users receive notifications, can access courses, and complete training without leaving their daily workspace.
Content pack updates
Content packs now support meta data-based targeting and delivery.
- Users can assign training automatically using attributes like Group, Department, Location, City, Country, Company, or State, with options for annual refresh and immediate assignment.
- Manage or edit active training assignments anytime from the 'Active' tab.

New content

We’ve added even more fresh courses for your wider workforce:
- PCI for retail and hospitality
- Secure collaboration
- Your digital footprint
- GDPR essentials
- Conflicts of interest
- Supply chain attacks
