Installation guide
Open Microsoft Teams
Open Microsoft Teams on desktop or web.
Add the Boxphish app
- Go to Apps in the Teams sidebar
- Search for Boxphish
- Select the Boxphish app and click Add
If you cannot find Boxphish in the app store, your organisation may restrict third party apps. Contact your IT or Teams administrator.
Sign in automatically
Once added, Boxphish uses your Microsoft account to sign you in automatically. No additional username or password is required.
If you are already enrolled in Boxphish training, your courses will appear immediately.
Taking a course
Accessing your training
- Open the Boxphish app in Teams
- View assigned and completed courses
- Select a course to begin

Completing training
- Work through the course content
- Progress is tracked as you go
- Once completed, the course status updates automatically
