How long does it take to implement the cyber security training?
Within two weeks from placing an order. Following a signed work order, your Boxphish sales representative will hand you over to our onboarding team. They will schedule a 45-minute onboarding call with you to complete some simple technical prerequisites including allow-listing and journey assignment. Once complete, you’re ready to launch.
How do you upload users to the platform?
Boxphish has a number of user upload and management options including Microsoft AD and Google sync. You can also add/remove users and activate/deactivate users manually.
Can the Boxphish platform be customised for my organisation?
Yes, the Boxphish platform can be fully customised to fit your organisation’s needs. From creating completely custom training content through to applying your branding to the platform, Boxphish has the features and functionality to align perfectly with your organisation.

The platform tracks everything from phishing simulation interaction through to training course completion. The platform is able to quickly identify high-risk individuals based on their engagement and training results. These insights help you gauge the impact of the training and identify areas where additional support may be needed.
What support does Boxphish offer to customers?
Boxphish offers comprehensive support customers, including technical assistance, onboarding guidance, and ongoing help with the platform. Support is available via email, phone, and an extensive online knowledge base, ensuring that any issues are quickly resolved and users can make the most of the training.
How regularly should the training be delivered to our employees?
In our view to ensure you provide the best cyber security awareness training to your employees, the training and simulated phishing should be delivered monthly. As part of the onboarding process, you can define the regularity you would like to ensure we meet your exact requirements.
Can the courses be delivered in SCORM format?
Yes, all Boxphish training content can be provided in SCORM format for you to upload into your existing Learning Management System (LMS) should you wish to host the content here. Alternatively, all Boxphish content can be hosted and accessed within the Boxphish secure cloud platform.
