Founded in 2018, we have had a great start, having recently been recognised by Gartner and selected to deliver solutions across 11 countries. We are really looking forward to our next chapter.

Customers are at the heart of everything we do and providing them with exemplary levels of service is pivotal to our future success. We have an amazing opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join the team and help shape the function. The right person will bring positivity and a can-do attitude to the team and be excited to be the voice of the Customer.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Become an expert in the Boxphish Product and use this to promote the product value, drive customer and end user engagement and provide platform demonstrations
- Manage the onboarding of assigned customers
- Use reporting to ensure that customers are utilising the Boxphish product, and use this to drive initiatives that will improve customer experience
- Work closely with other areas of the business to ensure our customers receive a first-class service
- Be the voice of the customer, and use this to provide feedback and ideas across the business, whilst ensuring our customers and partners are kept up to date
- Create customer communications such as success stories and product updates with assistance from other departments as required
- Focus on ensuring our customers see long term value in the platform so they continue to renew their services. Key to this will be using reporting to provide insights and working with our partners through to renewal
The successful Customer Success Manager will have
- Experience in a Customer facing role
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Tech savvy and used to using a variety of systems
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and reporting to drive outcomes

Location
Based in Leeds city centre but with flexibility for remote working. This is a full-time role.
